a false alarm!
i got a nightmare when i checked my email just now.

HTA had emailed me and told me that they do not have any suitable positions that they can offer me currently. my immediate reaction was a jaw-drop, and a swirl of tumultuous thoughts overwhelmed me!! it was really scary, i thought i had waited for nothing and wasted my precious 1 and a half months time trying to get a confirmation for the job that i
THOUGHT i was offered. and also, what should i tell my parents? would they be very disappointed?

i struggled, pull myself together and quickly clicked on the careers@govwebsite to see if there are any available job vacancies suitable for me to apply. but before i told myself that maybe its my medical report! what if there is something wrong with my medical report? i cant apply to the govt sector then! should i turn to private sector and look for a job with a probably lesser starting pay??

OH NO!

i cleared my brain, took a deep breath, fought against all odds to breathe normally again. THEN i realised... its HTA, not SCDF. HTA had rejected me like a longggggggggg time ago, when they offered me a position in SCDF instead. i took a second to re-check my email. *phew*! what a relief... but why does HTA only emailed to me NOW? when its like after 1 and a half months when they offered me another job??? is it too inefficient? and on the side note, i am rather afraid that SCDF would suddenly email me the same thing, cos i have been waiting for like ages for them to confirm my job offer.

job-hunting is sooo nonsensical. and the worst thing is, i am part of it as well. =S
