i don noe whose copyright is tis, cos its a forwarded mail...but i just think tis message is super meaningful and touching( i actually cried at night aft reading tis mail while thinking of my parents), i hope everyone will think of their own parents while reading tis...if onli everyone can feel the gist of this message, there will be less old folks been neglected at the old folks homes...

请不要怪罪他们
当他们开始忘记绑鞋带、系扣子时。。。
当他们开始在吃饭时弄脏衣服。。。
当他们开始在梳头发时不停地颤抖。。。
请不要催促他们，因为你在慢慢长大， 而他们却在慢慢变老。。。
只要你在他们眼前的时候，他们的心就会很温暖。。。

当他们站也站不稳、走也走不动的时候。。。
请你紧紧握住他们的手，
