hey folks, i am back. it has been so long since i last updated, should have dust off the spider webs on my blog some days ago, but I am just PLAIN lazy... hahaha

today is the first working day of the brand new year 2010, AND i am going to vent my frustrations first thing first. gt intrigued by my mentor! received a call from chinese office in the morning( 8 missed calls, in fact). didnt know whose number was that so i decided to ignore it, ended up it was the office admin person calling me to confirm my fyp discussion with my mentor. know what? i was supposed to meet her THIS MORNING 11 am. what the >.<

i really didnt know about that! then the person told me that my mentor sent us an email on SATURDAY( which was supposed to be 1st Jan, a public holiday). helloo??? is it abit too last minute? cant she schedule the time later or inform us earlier? i admit that I am at fault too for not checking my email everyday, but its a PUblic holiday! and the next day is sunday! you are not supposed to have any important mails for this long weekend isnt it? except for advertisements or spam mail or other stuff... alrite, according to her, she wanted to meet us earlier so we can edit our stuff earlier. but dont have to be so last minute right? or she can choose to inform us earlier!

oh, have i told u that she didnt bother to reply my last email to her and i was already about to condemn her???? grrrrr, feel like roaring at her! i can only say that she is the most nonchalent teacher that i have ever seen! 一點都不關心學生！！

hmm ok i have calm down, at least she gave us a dateline and bothered to meet us after we handed in our first draft...BUT oh, did i mention that we CAN'T send a soft copy through email and we have to print out our first draft and go all the way to school ( regardless of where you live) just to hand in that damn thing????? arent there printers in the office?? or have they ran out of printer ink???

ok, enough ranting. too much ranting is gonna make my blood boil again. hmmph.

anyway, there are enough things for me to be happy about. shall do a quick update below, according to chronological order:

20th dec, Birthday celebrattion w family and Mr Ang:

had a greattttttt time with my family and Mr Ang. Mr Ang hand-made a flowers-in-a-bottle decor which is so pretty!!! and bought other presents for me as well! thank you so much!! love youuu. :))) pama( papa and mama) treat us to dinner at 三盅兩件！first time there! the food was simply sumptuous! yummy!

23 dec, Birthday celebration w uni frens:

finally met my frens! after not meeting them for so long cos we didnt see each other often for the last semester. we chatted alot alot alot and non-stop, LOL, about school, about facial products, about FYP, about houses, about work, about our future plans etc etc. had ASTONS for dinner, got presents from them! thank you, gals! clinique cleanser and neutrogena pimple cream! anyway the cleanser is quite mild and non-drying, but the pimple cream is too strong for me, I only used for 5 or 6 days and my skin was peeling, drying out and turned red and itchy.... had stopped using it now to salvage my skin. haha.

28 dec, met w P2K and did interview for ping ping:

so long nv see them! and we are just the old usual us! haha... old frens meet up, sth that i have always enjoyed. acc ping to buy her bag at pasat malam, did an interview for her FYP, and had ishi mura lunch w them! chatted and laughed at our lame things like the old times! sorry gals, i cant upload the photos yet cos there is sth seriously wrong ( either with me or with the hp). but anyway, had a great time catching up n taking weird photos. gals, jiayou for you FYPs kz! :)))))

28 dec, watched my first movie for the ENTIRE dec holidays:

met mr ang for movie after lunch. had wanted to watch AVATAR, but made HUGE a mistake! mr ang and i were at causeway point Cathay, and the queue was so damn long! we waited for about 50 minutes just to purchase our movie tickets! by the time we reached the counter, it was over 6pm already! no student promo anymore! :(((((( and when i asked if the AVATAR shown is 3D, the person told us only amk and cathay 10 and dont know where is showing 3D AVATAR, but not causeway point! another disappointment! so in the end, we watched 十月圍城 instead. but it's a great movie! it's just... 很有震撼力!things about revolutions and sacrifice... made me cried a few times during the movie.. the fights and actions are fast-paced and there are no computer effects( unlike some other HK movie) , only that the ending is abit too abrupt. i wonder why some people dont like the movie, but i think its worth watching again. 4 stars against 5! XD

29th dec, fireworks @marina bay:

mr ang took me to watch the annual fireworks display at Singapore river! all i can say is, Spectacular and Magnificent! :)))))) i love Mr Ang and i love fireworks! and, i love watching it with you! XDDDDDDDD Happy 2010!

other things to be happy about:

- Jan is going to be back from the US! she will be touching the ground of SG from the skies on the 6th Jan, which is this wednesday! we miss her very much!　looking forward to meet up with her and other roses soon! :)))

- NEW HP! for FREE! its a sony ericsson W705!

it will arrive right at my doorstep on the 7th Jan! hiahia... bought it at singtelshop.com, singtel is having promo for online purchases, if you buy it at the outlets it actually costs 98 bucks! but its free if u buy online. my contract was up and i had to recontract my plan because it is more expensive to continue my plan just like that: student offers will end simultaneously with your contract. :((( so yup, i recontracted, even though i know singtel is has loads to improve on....

-AVATAR! we are gonna watch 3D Avatar this week! i am really very excited cos i have never watch a 3D movie before. and people keep saying that its really good and worth the money, so we are gonna watch it before the film stops showing in the cinemas! :)))))
